James Muscato Presents at New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on SEQRA vs. New York Article 10 Siting Law

James Muscato, partner at Young/Sommer LLC in cooperation with fellow presenters Sam Laniado, Esq., of Read and Laniado, LLP, and Lawrence H. Weintraub, Esq., of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Office of General Counsel, recently presented at the New York Bar Association’s Annual Meeting for the Environmental Law Section on New York’s Article 10 energy facilities siting law. Jim’s presentation focused on wind energy developments and compared and contrasted the recently enacted Article 10 law with review of projects under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
