David C. Brennan graduated cum laude from Albany Law School with a concentration in environmental law and holds a bachelor of science in environmental engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Mr. Brennan's legal practice includes representation of clients seeking governmental approvals, litigation of land use issues, representation of planning and zoning boards, environmental review and permitting and conducting due diligence.  He has extensive experience addressing environmental issues that arise during project siting.  Mr. Brennan previously worked as an engineer where he concentrated on project design, providing engineering services to municipalities and private developers. Additionally, he has served as a Town Justice for seven years.
