J. Michael Naughton is a commercial litigator and real estate development attorney. Since the 1980's, he has assisted clients with all phases of shopping center development and management, including leasing, landlord-tenant disputes and construction litigation. His practice includes land use approvals, permitting, zoning litigation, and litigation of business disputes.

Mr. Naughton holds degrees from the University of Vermont and Pace University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1984).
