Michael J. Moore
represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex federal and state court environmental disputes, and also specializes in State and local administrative proceedings, resolving zoning and real property matters for individuals, municipalities, and developers. He has appeared before the New York State Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Mr. Moore has been the lead attorney in several cases under CERCLA, the federal Clean Air Act, SEQRA, and New York Public Service Law Article X (power plant siting). He was listed in the Capital District Business Review's Who's Who in the Legal Profession in fall of 1997. Mr. Moore is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Albany Law School.
