Jessica R. Vigars

Jessica R. Vigars is a 2011 graduate of Albany Law School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from The State University of New York, College at Geneseo. While at Albany Law, Jessica served as Executive Editor for Albany Law Review’s annual New York Appeals issue, and was appointed Student Trustee, serving on the school’s the Board of Trustees. After graduating, Jessica clerked at the Appellate Division, Third Department. Jessica was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012 and is currently an Associate Attorney for Young/Sommer LLC.

Jessica practices in the areas of administrative law, litigation, and Special Education law.
