Lindsey R. Dodd is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients through all aspects of the adversarial process, including developing strategies, formulating the necessary documents and papers to pursue or defend a matter, motion practice, disclosure, and trial. A diligent advocate, Ms. Dodd currently represents several municipalities, and in addition to litigation, her practice includes real estate transactions, corporate formation, and municipal law. She is actively licensed to practice in NY, CT, PA, and the EDPA, and barred but inactive in four other states.
Ms. Dodd graduated Cum Laude from Albany Law School in 2016, where she presented a seminar on law and the sharing economy as the Symposium Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. She also supplemented her legal studies at La Sorbonne in Paris and Cornell Law School. Ms. Dodd is credited for her research in Prof. Ray Brescia’s book, The Future of Change: How Technology Shapes Social Revolutions. She also conducted legal writing and citation workshops as teaching assistant to Prof. Dorothy Hill’s Introduction to Lawyering course. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dodd worked as an attorney with the law firm RoseWaldorf PLLC, where she earned invaluable litigation experience in courts throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Before commencing her legal career as a paralegal in Hawaii, Ms. Dodd was a classical musician in Guam. She directed the Guam Symphony Chorale, taught voice at the University of Guam, and was a violinist in the Guam Symphony Chorale.
