Sue H.R. Adler, of Counsel since 2007, has handled complex litigation in federal and State court for the past 30 years. Ms. Adler has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including litigation strategy and risk assessment, pretrial discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Ms. Adler concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment, discrimination, and constitutional litigation in federal and State courts. Early in her career, Ms. Adler represented multinational corporations in product liability cases throughout the United States, after serving as Writing and Research Assistant on Products Liability and the Reasonably Safe Product, 2d Ed., and a Research Assistant for In re Agent Orange Litigation, U.S. District Court, E.D.N.Y.

Ms. Adler holds degrees from the University of Florida and Hofstra University School of Law

Ms. Adler is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York
