Sean is an experienced litigator who represents corporate and municipal clients in a variety of legal disputes. His practice is concentrated in environmental, land use, zoning, and energy matters, where he counsels clients through sophisticated regulatory, administrative, and litigation challenges arising from development projects, permitting, and governmental decision-making.
Sean regularly represents clients in matters involving municipal approvals, environmental compliance, and land use disputes, providing strategic counsel throughout all stages of litigation and administrative proceedings. He is recognized for his analytical approach, meticulous preparation, and ability to navigate the intersection of complex legal, regulatory, and business considerations to achieve practical, results-oriented outcomes.
Before focusing his practice on environmental and land use law, Sean represented product manufacturers and hospitality companies in high-exposure product liability, class action, and general liability matters. His experience defending nationally-recognized companies in complex litigation has equipped him with a sophisticated understanding of litigation strategy, risk management, and the efficient resolution of multifaceted disputes.
Sean earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2020 and received his B.A. from Ithaca College in 2017.
