Young/Sommer Attorneys Recognized by Super Lawyers as 2013 Upstate New York Rising Stars

James Muscato and Joseph Castiglione have been listed as 2013 Upstate New York Rising Stars by Super Lawyers magazine. The Rising Star list is comprised of no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state, under age 40 or practicing law for 10 years or less, who have displayed excellence in their field of law.
Jim was recognized for his Environmental Law practice area, and Joe for Environmental Litigation practice area. Jim is an experienced environmental and energy attorney who has successfully counseled clients on Project development, permitting, and SEQRA review as well as environmental pollution, remediation and liability assessment.
Joe is an experienced civil litigator who has successfully represented clients in litigation at all levels of State and Federal court in New York. Joe represents private businesses, municipalities and individuals in a broad array of environmental issues in litigation, including litigation defending local and State permits and related SEQRA review.
