Young/Sommer is pleased to announce that Scott P. Olson has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Scott, formerly with the firm of Cooper, Erving & Savage LLP, concentrates in the areas of zoning and land use development, public utility siting and environmental law. Scott has extensive experience representing national clients with the development of telecommunications facilities throughout the State of New York.
