Clarke Named to New York League of Conservation Voters Capital Region Board

E. Hyde Clarke, associate attorney at Young/Sommer LLC was recently elected to the Capital Region Board for the New York League of Conservation Voters (“NYLCV”). Hyde concentrates his practice on land use, zoning and development, as well as municipal and real property law.
