Jim Muscato to Speak on New State Siting Law for Renewable Energy Projects

Jim Muscato will be participating in a panel presentation for the New York State Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law Section on the State’s new Section 94-c renewable energy siting law. The May 6, 2020 presentation will be held virtually and will feature panelists providing various perspectives on the new law and process. Jim has been asked to provide color on next steps on implementation and remarks from a renewable energy developer’s perspective and facilitation of the State’s Climate Legislation and Community Protection Act mandates.
