The conference will cover property valuation and assessment considerations pertaining to projects in complex industries, including the utility, energy, communication, pipeline, rail, airline, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. Property tax experts will present a wide range of topics to attendees with diverse professional backgrounds, e.g., government employees, consultants, attorneys, accountants, software developers, and educators. Rob is specifically excited to review valuation considerations for renewable energy projects in New York.
