Jessica Ansert Klami Moderates at ACE NY Fall Conference

On October 25th and 26th, 2023, ACE NY held their 17th Annual Fall Conference in Albany, New York. Jessica Ansert Klami, a Partner at Young/Sommer, moderated the “Intersection of Clean Energy Project Approval Process” which also included professionals from the Office of Renewable Energy Siting, NYSERDA, and NYISO. The panel focused on the process and improvements the State is working towards in incentives, permitting, and interconnection to help New York meet its renewable energy goals, including the goal of 70% of the State’s electricity generation by renewable energy by 2030.
