Young/Sommer Wins Civil Penalty Award for Client

Young/Sommer recently obtained a Civil Penalty award for a small business trucking client in a New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Division of Safety and Business matter regarding a dealer complaint investigation. This victory awards restitution for the full amount of the client’s repairs (totaling over $30k!). The Firm has been fortunate to assist this particular client with contract and labor issues and can now happily add Motor Vehicle law matters to the list.
