The Passing of Founding Partner Douglas Ward

Young Sommer is very sad to report that founding partner Douglas Harrington Ward passed away unexpectedly while hiking outdoors with his wife and family on December 30, 2018. For those of you who did not really know Doug, he was the golden retriever/yellow Labrador of the human race. He has been succinctly described as: “both a force of nature and an advocate for it.” Doug was an extraordinary person and can never be replaced.
